1. Navigate to the Ocra log-in page
2. Enter your Ocra username on the “Forgot password” page
3. Check your email
4. Enter your verification code
5. Log in with your new password

1. Go to app.getocra.com
2. Click the “Forgot your password?” link under the log-in credential fields.

Step 2: Enter your username on the “Forgot Password” page

1. Enter your Ocra username or email.
2. Click the “Submit” button.
