Inventory Overview

Ocra’s Universal Inventory solves the pain points that come with managing multiple demand channels. Rather than logging into multiple seller consoles or emailing multiple support teams, you can self-manage your inventory from one place: Ocra.

How to Manage Inventory at Location Level

When your locations are first onboarded into Ocra, the Total Parking Assets Stalls and Total Allocation are pre-programmed according to your wishes during onboarding. Should you ever want to change one of these numbers, you will need to email us at [email protected].

How to Manage Inventory at the Vertical Level

💡 If you set a Vertical’s inventory to 0, Ocra will effectively black out that vertical

  1. Log into your account at https://app.getocra.com/
  2. On the top-right corner, click the hamburger menu icon (3 horizontal lines), and select Universal Inventory.
  3. You are now on the Universal Inventory page:

  1. In the Location box, type in the location you want to update.
  2. The information will populate for the location, and you can then toggle between a Day or Month view for a more granular or overview look at inventory:

  1. To continue with updating the inventory for a specific Vertical, click the box with the pencil that says “Update Inventory”.
  2. A dropdown menu will appear, and you will select the relevant Vertical type for the product: Airport, Event, Transient, or Monthly.
