Each morning Ocra emails every app user a summary of your locations’ Arrivals, Departures, and Current Inventory.

<aside> ℹ️ The numbers in the Daily Summary email reflect valid reservations that were booked by 11:59p of the previous day.

Example: Daily Summary you received the morning of August 2nd includes reservations created up until midnight of August 1st (facility local time)

Therefore, this email should be treated as a short-lived snapshot of your day’s business.

Requirements to Receive Daily Summary Emails

  1. The person needs to be invited to your organization’s Ocra account.
    1. Refer to this article to understand User Permissions
  2. Their user credential needs to have a valid email - this is where they’ll receive the daily summaries.

In the case you want someone to receive these emails, but you don’t want the person to have full access to the Ocra app, you’ll want to set them up as a User and not and Admin. Furthermore, they don't need to complete registration (per the email they'll receive upon creating their user credentials). Even if they did complete registration, an Admin could configure their credential to have only Read access for said location.

Steps to Invite a User

  1. Sign in to Ocra
  2. Go to the Users area from your navbar (https://app.getocra.com/users)
  3. Click the + icon near the top right
  4. Fill in the fields, making sure that Role=User and toggle Live=true (turns dark blue when true)
  5. Click Save
